Dublin Herbalists is an Irish natural skincare brand founded by herbalist Claire Brett, offering a diverse range of all-natural toxin-free products for the face, body, babies and home. Like many SMEs, the brand had evolved organically over time but had never been given a strategic focus. We undertook a thoughtful repositioning, starting with in-depth research, including interviews with retail buyers, customers, stakeholders, and staff. These insights shaped a refreshed brand identity that stays true to its roots while creating stronger connections with its audience. Every element is being meticulously crafted to supercharge the brand’s presence and carve out a unique corner of the skincare market.
