I've been practicing yoga and meditation for over ten years and trained as a teacher a big farmhouse in the South West of France two years ago. Nature is my nourishment and I strongly believe that yoga allows us to stop and take our place in that ecosystem. I lead my classes with a fun and creative energy, each one a journey through different styles of meditation and movement flows. Teaching from a place of intuition and knowing - I sense what is right, reading what's needed class by class.
I actively use yoga to manage my own stress and energy in my busy life as a photographer and director and invite you to come with me to do the same by unwinding the tight little spring of aily life. I use flows, meditations and breathwork to activate the parasympathetic nervous system getting us out of our heads and back into our bodies. Time and time again this is my go-to especially when I'm on deadlines and, what's worked for me in managing life's inevitable pressures, will certainly work for you. This I promise.
